One simple exercise we carry out is ‘practising being in the present moment’ (mindful awareness) – siting in and surrounded by nature.
We get to feel the presence of the natural world through all our senses: the breeze in the trees, its caress on your skin, the sound of birds singing and insects buzzing, the heat of the sun . . .
We establish within ourselves an all-powerful and lucid silence as well as a state of receptive vacuity which will introduce us to our true home.
In this sacred space, self- mastery awaits our return.
