@blissberryfarm: Social Farming – working farm families can seize opportunities to reach out to provide a much needed service #mentalhealth and #loneliness

Lets reduce the stigma attached to Mental Health in our communities for 2014 through innovative projects like #socialfarming at Blissberry Social Farm Mountcharles Donegal.

SoFAB pilots @Lairdhse06 offer services & activities and it is this kind of personalised care that more people need to hear about.

Social farmers in the Border Area of Ireland & throughout Europe provide services in a safe, farming environment for people with a range of social, physical and mental health needs.

More needs to be done in 2014 to raise awareness of #socialfarming and the range of valuable services it offers here in on the island of Ireland.
